If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect,

you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for replacement, please share an unboxing video of the package.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once we receive the product and verify the issue,

we will ship the replacement at the earliest

We offer returns and refunds for eligible orders.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
